Gary Naysmith has been voted Scottish League 2 Glen's Manager of the Month for January after guiding Stenhousemuir to three wins out of four.
The Warriors defeated Spartans, Forfar Athletic and Stranraer to take their record-breaking winning run to 12 matches before a 2-1 defeat to Peterhead at Balmoor.
Stenhousemuir have a 15-point lead at the top of the League 2 table as they prepare to face Dick Campbell's East Fife at Bayview on Saturday.
