Hearts boss Robbie Neilson has signed Dutch striker Genero Zeefuik on loan until the end of the season.
The 24-year-old, capped by Holland at U21 level, was previously with PSV Eindhoven but joins from FC Groningen, where he has scored nine times in 47 appearances.
A graduate of the Ajax Academy, Zeefuik could make his debut in Saturday's Championship match against Dumbarton at the Bet Butler Stadium.
Neilson told the club website: “Genero gives us a different option up front, is really strong, physical and can hold the ball up and link well with others.
“He has a good pedigree, having played at some big clubs in Holland, and has scored a lot of goals for his country at U21 level. He will be a threat for us and a good option in attack.”
