Heart of Midlothian head coach Robbie Neilson has made Polish defender Blazej Augustyn his first signing of the summer.
The 27-year-old, who makes the move to Tynecastle from Gornik Zabrze, has also played for Bolton, Legia Warsaw, Vicenza and Catania.
Hearts are preparing for life back in the top flight and will kick off their Ladbrokes Premiership campaign with a home game on the weekend of August 1.
