Robbie Neilson has been voted Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Month for November after an unbeaten end to his reign at Hearts.
The Tynecastle side drew with St Johnstone and Hamilton Accies before beating Motherwell and Rangers in the capital to go second in the table.
Neilson, who had been in charge since May 2014, then moved south to join MK Dons and new head coach Ian Cathro will be in charge for Saturday's game against Rangers at Ibrox.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
