In-form Hibernian have landed an awards double for November after extending their unbeaten run to 12 league games.
Alan Stubbs has been voted Ladbrokes Championship Manager of the Month for the second time in a row and influential midfielder John McGinn - who made the move from St Mirren during the summer - has been named Player of the Month.
Hibs beat St Mirren (4-1), Livingston (2-1) and Alloa Athletic (1-0) last month and are just three points behind leaders Rangers going into Saturday's Easter Road clash with third-placed Falkirk.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
