Dundee United boss Mixu Paatelainen has been voted Ladbrokes Premiership Manager of the Month for February.
The Finn, who replaced Jackie McNamara earlier this season, guided the Tannadice club to wins at home to Hearts (2-1) and away to Ross County (3-0) as well as a 0-0 draw at Hamilton - the only setback was a home defeat to Motherwell.
United have closed the gap on second-bottom Kilmarnock to eight points, with a game in hand, as they prepare to face Motherwell at Fir Park on Friday night, live on BT Sport.
The Ladbrokes monthly awards are voted for by members of the Scottish media, with a Manager and a Player of the Month selected for each of the four divisions.
