Hearts midfielder Miguel Pallardo has signed a new contract that will keep him at Tynecastle for 2015/16.
The 28-year-old former Levante player made 25 appearances in the season just ended as Hearts claimed the Championship title in style.
Head coach Robbie Neilson told the club website: "I’m delighted to get Miguel signed up. To get a player of Miguel’s calibre over here and playing in the Championship was incredible.
"His last game in Spain was at the Bernabeu against Real Madrid but he came over and did so well for us that we had to get him on board for next season."
