The 21-year-old has had previous experience of playing in the Championship while on loan with Queen of the South and now makes the move to East End Park.
Pars boss Stevie Crawford has also brought in Paul Watson (Dundee United), Steven Whittaker (Hibernian), Declan McManus (Ross County), Kevin O'Hara (Alloa Athletic) and Dom Thomas (Kilmarnock) ahead of the 2020/21 campaign.
