Defender Ross Smith has become the latest player to sign a new deal at Peterhead.
Paul Jarvie, Graeme Sharp, Scott Ross, Ryan Strachan, Jamie Redman, Bryan Gilfillan, Andy Rodgers, Jordon Brown, Fraser McLaren, Steven Noble, Dean Richardson and Ryan McCann had already committed to the Blue Toon for 2014/15.
Rory McAllister and Graeme Smith were already under contract for next year and Jim McInally expects Dean Cowie and David Cox to agree terms.
Club captain Callum MacDonald has been offered the chance to return for pre-season training but Conner McGlinchey, Kevin Buchan and Jake Fitzgerald have been released.
Meanwhile, Raith Rovers defender Reece Donaldson is set to sign for next season after impressing on loan in 2013/14.
McInally said: “Reece was a free agent and called me to say he would like to come to us. I suggested that he may want to find a full-time club in the summer but he said that his mind was made up and he wanted to come to Peterhead.
“I was delighted with that as he did well here. He has committed to join us and we are now getting the paperwork drawn up.”
