The first leg of the Championship and League 1 play-off finals take place on Wednesday night.
Fife rivals Dunfermline and Cowdenbeath meet in the Championship version at East End Park, with the game live on BBC ALBA at 7.45pm.
Stirling Albion have home advantage in the first leg of their League 1 clash with East Fife.
Cowdenbeath manager Jimmy Nicholl: "A huge crowd would be a fantastic motivation and a taste of what the players would have if we stay in this division. However, it is really important that they do not get caught up too much in it all - they need to keep cool heads throughout."
Dunfermline manager Jim Jefferies: "Both sides can score goals and both teams will be up for it so this game will be won by the side that makes the most of any breaks that go their way. I don’t think anyone can saw we are favourites or Cowdenbeath are favourites - it will be really tight.”
Stirling Albion manager Greig McDonald: “Our confidence is high and it should be as we have been on a very good run but I have to temper things by reminding everyone that we have not secured anything yet. The next two games are the two toughest we will have on this run.”
East Fife manager Gary Naysmith: "We have taken a huge lift from beating Clyde. We played really well to get level in the second leg and then lost a goal to a counter-attack. The players dug deep to get us level and then got through on penalties after staring relegation in the face.”
