Goalkeeper Craig Gordon has been told he is not being offered a contract at League 2 East Stirlingshire.
The 19-year-old has been the back-up to Grant Hay for the past three seasons after leaving Queen’s Park and has played six times for the first team, including one appearance as an outfield player.
New boss Craig Tully has told both Hay and Gordon that he is looking for more experience next season.
Gordon said: “It is disappointing not to be given the chance to show what I can do. I have been around a first-team environment since I was 16, which is quite rare for a goalkeeper, and would like a chance elsewhere to prove myself.”
