Queen of the South have announced that captain Willie Gibson will be in charge until the end of the season and will be assisted by Grant Murray.
The veteran had been made interim manager following the departure of Allan Johnston after the recent defeat to Morton at Cappielow.
QOS are currently bottom of the cinch Championship, three points behind Dunfermline Athletic, with 11 matches remaining.
