Queen of the South manager Jim McIntyre has tied up a further three members of his squad for next season.
Experienced midfielder Mark Kerr, winger Danny Carmichael and ex-Aberdeen striker Michael Paton have followed captain Chris Higgins, Gavin Reilly, Chris Mitchell, Andy Dowie and Derek Lyle in signing new deals at Palmerston.
McIntyre said: “We had a good season by securing fourth place and getting into the play-offs so it is good to keep the majority of the squad together. Mark, Dan and Michael wanted a bit of extra time to think things over and I am delighted that they have now agreed to remain.”
