Queen’s Park will win the first ever SPFL Reserve League title this Monday night if they beat Ayr United at Somerset.
The Spiders’ second string sit one point behind Dundee after they defeated Raith Rovers 1-0 at Toryglen three days ago.
The Dark Blues, who have finished their season with a two goal better goal difference, will be crowned champions if Queen’s Park slip up.
Club captain and reserve team coach Tony Quinn said: “It will be a tense game at Somerset but the boys have been great all season and hopefully they will be again.”
