Quick return to Scotland for King and Donaldson

Scotland list strong under-19 squad

Adam King who moved to Swansea last week from Hearts and Coll Donaldson who left Livingston for Queen’s Park Rangers at the same time will head back across the Border next week to join up with a Scotland under-19 squad.

The duo been included in a 27-player squad for a training camp to be held over two days next week by coach Ricky Sbragia.

The camp will be used as part of the preparations for the UEFA European Under-19 Championship elite round, where Scotland will face hosts England, Ukraine and Montenegro in May.

The full squad is – Goalkeepers - Mark Hurst (St Johnstone), Liam Kelly (Rangers), Ross Stewart (Motherwell).

Defenders - Cameron Burgess (Fulham), Coll Donaldson (Queen’s Park Rangers), Stephen Hendrie (Hamilton Accies), Lewis Martin (Dunfermline Athletic), Scott McKenna (Aberdeen), Mark O’Hara (Kilmarnock), Ryan Sinnamon (Rangers), Ryan Williamson (Dunfermline Athletic).

Midfielders - Liam Henderson (Celtic), James Jones (Crewe Alexandra), Adam King (Swansea), Jamie Lindsay (Celtic), Malcolm Melvin (Notts County), Andrew Murdoch (Rangers), Darren Petrie (Dundee United), Charlie Telfer (Rangers).

Forwards - Fraser Aird (Rangers), Sam Gallagher (Southampton), Oliver McBurnie (Bradford City), Fraser Murdoch (Crewe Alexandra), Sam Nicholson (Hearts), Gary Oliver (Hearts), Jordan Preston (Blackburn Rovers), Cameron Smith (Aberdeen)
