Raith Rovers received a boost on Tuesday night, with goalkeeper David McGurn and midfielder Kevin Moon featuring in a Fife Cup semi-final against Burntisland Shipyard.
The long-serving McGurn played the full game in the 2-1 win as he continued his comeback from nearly a year out after an Achilles injury.
Former St Johnstone player Moon made a brief appearance as a substitute against Dumbarton on Saturday after a hamstring problem and built on that by playing the first half.
Rovers boss Grant Murray said: “It is terrific to see both David and Kevin playing. We only have small squad so it will be good to build the numbers in it.”
