Rangers capped a great week for SPL clubs in Europe by booking a spot in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup with a game to spare after twice fighting back to draw 2-2 with Auxerre.
Nacho Novo and Kris Boyd got the goals - the latter equalising six minutes from time - as Paul Le Guen's men moved on to the seven-point mark to stay top of Group A.
The other match saw Maccabi Haifa record their second win in the group, 1-0 at home to Partizan Belgrade.
The Light Blues have a night off on matchday four and complete their programme at home to Partizan on December 14, knowing they can look forward to the knock-out stages of the competition in February.
