Jon Daly opened the scoring from close range just before the half-hour mark and midfielder Ian Black sealed the victory against Gary Naysmith's League 2 side early in the second half.
Ally McCoist's men will travel to Alloa in the semi-final, on a date to be confirmed, with the winner of that game facing Livingston in the final on Sunday April 5, 2015.
