Rangers cinch Premiership

Rangers receive Premiership trophy

Unbeaten season for Steven Gerrard's side

Scottish Premiership champions Rangers got their hands on the trophy after Saturday's 4-0 win over Aberdeen at Ibrox.

Steven Gerrard's side clinched the title back on March 7 and finished with 102 points, putting them 25 clear of runners-up Celtic.

Rangers completed the Premiership season unbeaten with 32 wins and six draws. They kept 26 clean sheets and won all 19 home games en route to their first title since 2010/11.

In the day's other top-six games, Hibernian and Celtic drew 0-0 at Easter Road while St Johnstone and Livingston also drew 0-0 at McDiarmid Park.

Dundee are through to the Premiership play-off final after beating Raith Rovers 3-1 on aggregate, despite losing the second leg 1-0 this evening.
