Rangers have signed former Hearts defender Marius Zaliukas on a two-year deal.
The 30-year-old Lithuania internationalist has been training with Ally McCoist's squad and featured in last week's pre-season friendly at Brora.
Zaliukas spent the 2013/14 campaign with Leeds United but has now returned to Scotland and links up with fellow new signings Kenny Miller and Kris Boyd.
Meanwhile, goalkeeper Steven Simonsen is returning to Ibrox for 2014/15.
The 35-year-old ex-Dundee No 1, who has a wealth of experience south of the border with the likes of Stoke City and Sheffield United, will be understudy to Cammy Bell.
