Rangers will play Aberdeen in the Viaplay Cup final on Sunday December 17 after beating Heart of Midlothian 3-1 in front of 44,734 fans at Hampden Park this afternoon.
Man-of-the-match James Tavernier opened the scoring from the penalty spot five minutes after half-time and substitute Scott Wright added the second goal soon after.
Tavernier found the top corner with a superb free-kick in 64 minutes to make it 3-0 before Lawrence Shankland reduced the deficit with an 81st-minute penalty.
