Aberdeen defeated Motherwell 3-1 at Broadwood in their semi-final while Celtic saw off Hibernian 4-1 at Lennoxtown.
The SPFL then conducted a draw to determine home advantage for the final.
Heart of Midlothian are the current holders of the Reserve Cup, having beaten Motherwell in last season's decider at Tynecastle.
