Ross County beat Dunfermline Athletic 1-0 in their Scottish Cup fourth-round replay in Dingwall on Tuesday night.
The sides drew 2-2 at East End Park on Saturday and it was another close encounter, which was settled by substitute Raffaele De Vita with 20 minutes left, just after Faissal El Bakhtaoui had missed a good chance at the other end.
Jim McIntyre's men will be at home to Linlithgow Rose or Forfar Athletic - who drew 3-3 on Saturday - in the last 16 on February 6.
