Albion Rovers have released nine players, including Scottish Cup goal hero Gary Phillips - who scored the winner when Rovers stunned Motherwell 1-0 last November.
Also leaving are goalkeeper Matt McGinley, Kevin Green, Graeme Shepherd, Barry Russell, Pat Walker, Ryan Tiffney, Dom Kennedy and Josh Flood.
