Rovers snap up Lyness

Raith Rovers have signed goalkeeper Dean Lyness following his recent departure from St Mirren.

The 27-year-old was with Hearts as a youngster and can also count Burton Albion, Blackpool and Nuneaton among his former teams.

Lyness will provide competition for Robbie Thomson after loan pair Kieran Wright and Kevin Silva returned to their parent clubs.
