League 1 Stranraer have signed full-back Barry Russell following his departure from Albion Rovers.
The left-sided player spent the past three seasons at Cliftonhill after stepping up from East Kilbride Thistle.
Russell’s signing follows the arrival of fellow defender Craig Pettigrew at Stair Park as Blues boss Stephen Aitken boosts his squad for the 2014/15 campaign.
