St Mirren recovered from two goals down to earn a 2-2 draw against Aberdeen in a rearranged Scottish Premiership game at Pittodrie on Tuesday evening.

Mark Reynolds broke the deadlock just before the break and Peter Pawlett doubled the Dons' lead early in the second half.

Callum Ball replied almost immediately for Saints and Kenny McLean converted a penalty with five minutes left after Reynolds handled in the box.

Aberdeen stay sixth in the table ahead of Saturday's trip to play Dundee while St Mirren, who go to St Johnstone this weekend, have edged one point clear of bottom club Ross County.
