Stephen Dobbie's goal in the 1-0 win for Queen of the South against Partick Thistle at Palmerston sent the Jags to the foot of the table as Falkirk moved off the bottom with a last-gasp 3-2 triumph at Inverness. Dunfermline Athletic ran out 3-0 winners against Morton at East End Park.
Arbroath thumped Stenhousemuir 5-2 at Gayfield to maintain their 10-point advantage at the summit of Ladbrokes League 1. Closest challengers Raith Rovers beat Airdrieonians 2-0 at Stark's Park and Montrose defeated East Fife by the same score at Bayview. Dumbarton notched up a 4-1 home win over Brechin City and Stranraer beat Forfar Athletic 2-1 at Stair Park.

Stirling Albion hit back from two goals down to see off Elgin City 5-2 at Forthbank and Clyde recovered from 3-0 behind to draw 3-3 with Berwick Rangers at Broadwood. Bottom club Albion Rovers drew 1-1 with Cowdenbeath at The Reigart Stadium.
