Round-up of today's matches in the Ladbrokes Championship, League 1 & League 2

Nicky Clark's late goal earned Dundee United a 2-1 home win over bottom club Alloa Athletic in the day's only game in the Ladbrokes Championship as they closed the gap on leaders Ross County to five points.

Arbroath took another step towards the Ladbrokes League 1 title with a 0-0 draw at 10-man Stranraer - they are 13 points clear with six matches to go. Raith Rovers are up to second thanks to a 4-1 victory over Dumbarton at Stark's Park while Forfar Athletic lost 1-0 away to Airdrieonians. Relegation-threatened Brechin City enjoyed a 2-0 win over fourth-placed East Fife at Bayview while Montrose still harbour play-off hopes following a 2-0 victory against bottom club Stenhousemuir at Links Park.

Peterhead remain five points clear in Ladbrokes League 2 after a 0-0 draw against closest challengers Edinburgh City at Ainslie Park. Third-placed Clyde scored at the end to defeat Annan Athletic 2-1 at Broadwood. Bottom club Albion Rovers won 2-0 at Elgin City to move to within two points of Berwick Rangers, who went down 1-0 to Stirling Albion at Forthbank. Cowdenbeath and Queen's Park drew 0-0 at Central Park.
