Hamilton Accies were 2-0 winners at home to Kilmarnock while St Johnstone hit back for a 2-2 draw with Livingston at McDiarmid Park. Heart of Midlothian and Ross County drew 0-0 at Tynecastle. There are two games on Sunday – Rangers host Hibernian and St Mirren are at home to Aberdeen.

Dundee are tucked in behind city rivals Dundee United after beating Ayr United 1-0 at Dens Park while Bob McHugh bagged a hat-trick as Morton saw off Alloa Athletic 4-1 at Cappielow. Inverness CT hit back to defeat Arbroath 2-1 in the Highland capital while Queen of the South and Dunfermline Athletic drew 1-1 at Palmerston.

Raith Rovers are top of the table after beating Clyde 5-2 at Stark's Park, with Forfar Athletic second on goal difference following their 1-0 victory over Stranraer at Station Park. Declan McManus netted twice as Falkirk thrashed Dumbarton 6-0 while Airdrieonians beat Montrose 1-0 at Links Park. East Fife and Peterhead drew 1-1 at Bayview.

Cove Rangers lead the way on goal difference after a 4-4 draw away to Albion Rovers but there are five teams tied on four points. Annan Athletic drew 1-1 with Elgin City at Galabank and it was the same score between Queen's Park and Stenhousemuir at Hampden. Edinburgh City edged out Brechin City 2-1 at Ainslie Park and Cowdenbeath beat Stirling Albion 1-0 at Central Park.
