A round-up of today's matches across all four divisions of the SPFL...

Celtic restored their five-point lead at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 2-1 home win over Aberdeen; Odsonne Edouard scoring the clincher in the 66th-minute before the Dons had Sam Cosgrove sent off. Motherwell are up to third place after Jake Carroll scored the only goal in a 1-0 victory at Kilmarnock. At the other end of the table, Hearts dropped to the foot after losing 2-1 away to Hamilton Accies and it finished 0-0 between St Johnstone and St Mirren in Perth. Livingston moved into the top six after seeing off Ross County 4-0 at the Tony Macaroni Arena, with Lyndon Dykes netting a hat-trick.

Dundee United won again, thumping Ayr United 4-0 at Tannadice, to stay 13 points clear at the top of the Ladbrokes Championship. Second-placed Inverness CT were 2-0 winners at home to Dunfermline Athletic, who dropped out of the top four and have been replaced by Dundee - the Dark Blues earned a 1-0 win at Partick Thistle. Queen of the South leapfrogged Arbroath with a 2-0 triumph at Palmerston and Morton moved out of the relegation zone after beating bottom club Alloa Athletic 2-0 at the Indodrill Stadium.

It's incredibly tight in Ladbrokes League 1, with the top four separated by a single point at the halfway stage. Raith Rovers lead the way on goal difference despite a 2-0 home defeat to Dumbarton, with East Fife second thanks to their 2-1 success at Peterhead. Airdrieonians are third following a 3-1 loss to Clyde at Broadwood and Falkirk, in fourth, claimed a last-gasp 3-2 win at Montrose. Stranraer are eight points adrift at the bottom after losing 4-2 to Forfar Athletic at Stair Park.

Cove Rangers defeated Queen's Park 3-1 at Hampden to stay two points clear in Ladbrokes League 2. Closest challengers Edinburgh City scored in stoppage time to edge out Stirling Albion 1-0 at Forthbank and third-placed Cowdenbeath saw off Stenhousemuir 3-1 at Central Park. Annan Athletic stay fourth despite a 4-2 reverse at Albion Rovers but they are now just two points clear of Elgin City, who beat bottom club Brechin City 3-1 at Borough Briggs.
