Ayr United are third after winning 2-0 away to Alloa Athletic while Morton thumped Queen of the South 4-0 at Palmerston to move to within a point of the top four. Dundee v Arbroath was postponed.
It was a bad day for the leading trio in Ladbrokes League 1. Raith Rovers stay a point clear at the top despite a 1-0 loss at Dumbarton because Falkirk went down 3-2 to Clyde at Broadwood. Airdrieonians, in third, were beaten 1-0 by Montrose at Links Park while fourth-placed East Fife were 1-0 winners against Forfar Athletic at Station Park. Stranraer v Peterhead was postponed.
Cove Rangers are now 10 points clear in Ladbrokes League 2 thanks to a 3-0 victory over Stenhousemuir at Ochilview while second-placed Edinburgh City drew 1-1 at Cowdenbeath. Queen's Park are third after a 2-0 Hampden victory over Annan Athletic and Elgin City are fourth thanks to their 2-1 success away to Albion Rovers. Stirling Albion are also in play-off contention following a sixth straight away win - 2-0 at bottom club Brechin City.
