Dunfermline Athletic are the new leaders in the Scottish Championship thanks to their 3-2 victory over Queen of the South at East End Park while Raith Rovers dropped their first points of the season in a 1-1 draw at Dundee. Morton staged a remarkable comeback by scoring three times in the last seven minutes to beat Ayr United 3-2 at Cappielow while Inverness CT came from behind to see off Arbroath 3-1 in the Highlands.

Rory McAllister scored in stoppage time as Scottish League 1 leaders Cove Rangers beat Partick Thistle 1-0 at the Balmoral Stadium to stay two points clear of Falkirk, who defeated East Fife 2-0. Dumbarton are in third place after a 2-0 win against Airdrieonians at the Penny Cars Stadium and Montrose are fourth following their last-gasp 3-2 success at Forfar Athletic. Peterhead moved off the foot of the table with a 2-0 win over Clyde at Broadwood.

Queen's Park moved to the summit of Scottish League 2 after winning 1-0 against Stranraer at Stair Park thanks to a late Ross MacLean goal. Elgin City slipped to second spot after going down 1-0 at Edinburgh City, who join them on six points. Stirling Albion edged out Annan Athletic 1-0 at Forthbank and Brechin City moved off the bottom at the expense of Albion Rovers thanks to their 2-0 triumph in Coatbridge. Cowdenbeath and Stenhousemuir drew 1-1 at Central Park.
