Raith Rovers are five points clear in second place in the Scottish Championship after coming from behind to beat Alloa Athletic 2-1 at the Indodrill Stadium - a result that saw the Wasps relegated to League 1. Dunfermline Athletic defeated Queen of the South 3-1 at East End Park to move into the play-off places and Arbroath thumped Ayr United 4-0 at Gayfield to move above the Honest Men.

Cove Rangers moved level on points with Scottish League 1 leaders Falkirk with a 2-0 win over the Bairns at the Balmoral Stadium while East Fife defeated Peterhead 2-1 at Bayview in the day's other game.

Queen's Park need just one more point to clinch the Scottish League 2 title after Simon Murray's late double helped them edge out second-placed Edinburgh City 3-2 at Ainslie Park. Third-placed Stirling Albion saw off Cowdenbeath 5-1 at Central Park and Albion Rovers' fine form continued with a 5-2 victory away to Elgin City. Bottom club Brechin City are eight points adrift after losing 3-0 to Annan Athletic at Galabank.
