East Stirlingshire have signed former Elgin City midfielder Paul McMullan for next season.
The 30-year-old ex-Hearts and Berwick player left Borough Briggs at the end of 2013/14.
Meanwhile, Scott Maxwell has turned down the offer of a new contract with Craig Tully's side.
