Stirling Albion forward and SPFL top scorer Darren Smith has been voted Ladbrokes League 2 Player of the Month for January.
The 29-year-old netted six times for Dave Mackay's men last month and on Saturday became the first SPFL player to reach 20 league goals this season.
He scored January doubles against Berwick Rangers and Peterhead and was also on target for the Forthbank side against Stenhousemuir and Montrose. The latter was his 50th goal for Stirling - a stunning individual effort that was shortlisted for SPFL Goal of the Month.
Smith, who began his career with Motherwell, will be hoping to continue his good form when the Binos face bottom club Cowdenbeath at Central Park on Saturday.
