Dundee manager Neil McCann has made former Dunfermline Athletic midfielder Lewis Spence his third signing of the summer.
The 21-year-old joins Scott Allan (Celtic, loan) and Roarie Deacon (Sutton United) at Dens Park for the 2017/18 campaign after leaving East End Park.
McCann told the club website: "He knows he is going to have to work extremely hard to force his way into my first eleven but I want to work with him to try realise the potential that I saw in him.”
