Nominations for election to the SPFL board closed at midnight last night (Wednesday July 6).
The nominees are as follows:
In the Ladbrokes Premiership, from which there are three board positions available, there are three nominees: Peter Lawwell (Celtic), Ann Budge (Heart of Midlothian) and Ian Maxwell (Partick Thistle).
Stephen Thompson (Dundee United), Leeann Dempster (Hibernian) and Eric Drysdale (Raith Rovers) have been put forward for the two positions in the Ladbrokes Championship.
In Ladbrokes League 1 and Ladbrokes League 2, from which there will be one position, Brechin City’s Ken Ferguson is the sole nominee.
The SPFL will hold its Annual General Meeting on Wednesday July 20. After this, the representatives who will serve on its board for the coming year, as voted for by member clubs, will be confirmed.
