Stenhousemuir boss Brown Ferguson recently added two new signings to his Ladbrokes League 1 squad until January.
The Warriors have brought in experienced former Dundee United, Motherwell and Forfar defender Jim Paterson, who left Dunfermline in the summer.
Also moving to Ochilview is striker Lewis Small – he joins on loan from Falkirk, having had a loan spell with Stirling Albion last season.
