Alloa Athletic have signed St Mirren striker Ross Stewart on an initial one-month loan deal, that may be extended during January.
The 21-year-old joined the Buddies on a two-year contract from Albion Rovers during the summer and previously played for Kilwinning Juniors.
Wasps boss Jim Goodwin told the club website: “Ross is a player we approached in the summer about the possibility of coming to Alloa. He opted to go full-time with St Mirren which is totally understandable for any young player to want to do.
“We are delighted to offer Ross the opportunity to play regular first-team football and he will add to the already good options we have in the forward areas.”
