Dunfermline boss Jim Jefferies has made Stranraer midfielder Andy Stirling his third summer signing.
The Pars have already announced the arrival this week of Ayr striker Michael Moffat and Airdrie defender Gregor Buchanan.
Stirling, who was with St Mirren as a youngster and has also played for Stenhousemuir and East Stirlingshire, becomes the latest new recruit at East End Park as Jefferies strengthens his squad for 2014/15.
