Midfielder Kieran Millar moves to Stair Park from Airdrieonians, having also previously played for Hamilton Accies, Stenhousemuir and East Fife.
Millar's arrival comes just 24 hours after ex-Morton striker Thomas Orr joined the League 2 club from Lowland League side BSC Glasgow.
