Falkirk have boosted their squad on the eve of the new season by signing former Aberdeen and Dundee striker Steve Lovell on a one-year deal.
Delighted Bairns boss John Hughes told the club's official website: "He will bring a whole new dimension to our attack. I have admired Steve's ability for a long time and I'm over the moon about the signing."
Falkirk get the new Clydesdale Bank Premier League campaign under way on Saturday when they host Rangers. Kick-off at the Falkirk Stadium is 12.30pm and the game is exclusively live on Setanta Sports.
