Sutherland back at Elgin

Elgin City have signed striker Shane Sutherland from Peterhead as the striker makes his return to Borough Briggs.

The 28-year-old joined the Blue Toon for the second time in January of this year but is now back with Gavin Price's side for 2019/20.

Elgin have also brought in Rory MacEwan (Stirling University), Andy McDonald (Stranraer), Conor O'Keefe (Stranraer) and Euan Spark (Brechin City).
