Cowdenbeath have signed former Partick Thistle and Kilmarnock defender David Syme for season 2017/18.
The 19-year-old spent time on loan at Central Park from Raith Rovers last term and has now penned a permanent deal after leaving Stark's Park.
He joins recent recruit Josh Morris (Hawick Royal Albert) at the Fife club.
