Central defender Ash Taylor has become the latest Aberdeen player to commit his future to the Pittodrie club.
A summer signing from Tranmere Rovers, the 24-year-old has been part of a defence that hasn't conceded a goal in any of the past eight Premiership matches.
That run has lifted Aberdeen to the top of the table and manager Derek McInnes is delighted to have tied down another member of his squad on a long-term deal, with the likes of Adam Rooney and Jonny Hayes having also recently signed new contracts.
McInnes told the club website: "Ash has matured into his role in the team as the season has developed and he's turning into the player I was always confident he would be.
"It is vital that we have players on board who want to be part of this exciting journey ahead as we strive to deliver success."
