Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace selects his SPFL Team of the Week, with Livingston hat-trick hero Lyndon Dykes the star man...

GK - Mark Ridgers (Inverness CT)
The Caley Jags strengthened their position in second place in the Ladbrokes Championship with a 2-0 triumph over Dunfermline. Ridgers helped secure the victory with a few strong saves.

DR - Liam Smith (Dundee United)
United continued what looks like a march towards the Championship crown with a 4-0 Tannadice triumph over Ayr United. While a number of home players impressed, we've gone for Smith for his tireless work up and down the wing.

DC - Christopher Jullien (Celtic)
The French defender was the stand-out as Celtic survived a scare to remain five points clear at the top of the Ladbrokes Premiership, winning 2-1 against Aberdeen.

DC - Ryan McGeever (Dumbarton)
McGeever scored and impressed at the back as Dumbarton were able to shock Raith Rovers in Kirkcaldy, registering a 2-0 win to move within five points of the top of the table.

DL - Jake Carroll (Motherwell)
Carroll put in a solid performance in defence and netted the only goal of the game as Motherwell moved back into third place in the Ladbrokes Premiership with a 1-0 win at Kilmarnock.

MRC - Joe Aribo (Rangers)
Aribo was involved in Ryan Kent's opener before scoring the second goal himself in Rangers' 3-0 win over Hibs at Easter Road on Friday night.

MC - Finlay Robertson (Dundee)
The young midfielder has struck up a solid partnership with Graham Dorrans and this was on show in Dundee's 1-0 win at Partick Thistle, a result which puts the Dens Park club back into the top four.

MLC - Mickel Miller (Hamilton Accies)
Miller was exceptional in the second half against Hearts, tormenting defenders, scoring an excellent goal and whipping in a perfect cross for the other goal in a 2-1 victory for Accies.

FC - Lyndon Dykes (Livingston)
Dykes bagged a hat-trick as Livingston thumped Ross County 4-0, putting themselves back into the top six with two games to play before the winter break. For that, he is this week's star man.

FC - David Goodwillie (Clyde)
The striker scored twice as Clyde defeated Airdrieonians 3-1 at Broadwood on Saturday, including an injury-time strike which secured victory.

FC - Mitch Megginson (Cove Rangers)
Cove remain top of League 2, just two points ahead of Edinburgh City, after defeating Queen's Park 3-1 at Hampden. Megginson was the man of the match, netting twice in the win.
