Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his Team of the Week, with Dundee midfielder Charlie Adam the star man...

GK - Benjamin Siegrist (Dundee United)
The goalkeeper made several fine stops to keep his side in the game at Easter Road, which eventually paid off when Luke Bolton earned the visitors a point in stoppage time.

DC - Craig Barr (Cowdenbeath)
The centre-back scored and was dominant at the back as Cowdenbeath defeated Brechin City 2-0 at Central Park in League 2 on Saturday.

DC - Stephen Kingsley (Heart of Midlothian)
Hearts put in a tremendous effort but eventually fell short in the Scottish Cup final, losing to Celtic on penalties after a 3-3 draw. Kingsley, although he missed one of the spot-kicks, was excellent in the match, including scoring one goal and setting up another.

DC - Callum Fordyce (Airdrieonians)
Airdrie were able to shock Falkirk in the rearranged fixture on Sunday with a 1-0 victory in FK2. Kyle Connell scored the only goal and was a strong contender, but instead we've selected Fordyce for his heroics at the back, including a goal-line block.

MR - Cameron O’Donnell (Alloa Athletic)
The youngster impressed on the right of midfield as the Wasps earned themselves a big victory in the Championship, coming from behind to defeat Inverness Caledonian Thistle at the Indodrill.

MC - Scott Brown (Celtic)
Brown put in a vintage performance at Hampden as he led the club to their 12th successive domestic trophy and a historic quadruple Treble.

MC - Charlie Adam (Dundee)
This week's star man comes from another classic 3-3 encounter. Dundee were 3-0 up on Dunfermline Athletic and cruising to victory when they took off the man most responsible for that lead. Adam had set up two goals and scored the other with a terrific long-range strike. However, he had to sit and watch as the Pars stormed back.

ML - James Craigen (Arbroath)
Dick Campbell's side earned themselves a huge victory, their first of the Championship season, to move off the bottom of the table. Craigen scored both goals in the 2-1 win over Ayr United.

FC - Kemar Roofe (Rangers)
A return to the team for the in-form Rangers attacker who struck goals seven and eight of the season to help Steven Gerrard's men overcome a dogged display from Motherwell to win 3-1 at Ibrox.

FC - Declan McManus (Dunfermline Athletic)
McManus was the hero for Dunfermline in the aforementioned draw at Dens. After Paul Watson made it 3-1, McManus tucked away a penalty before finding the net for a second time in added time to earn Stevie Crawford's side a point.

FC - Kalvin Orsi (Greenock Morton)
Despite seeing their manager David Hopkin leave the club recently, Morton now sit in third place in the Championship after a 2-0 victory over Queen of the South. Orsi netted both goals in the triumph.
