Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his Team of the Week, with Kelty Hearts striker Alfredo Agyeman the star man!

GK - Craig Gordon (Heart of Midlothian)
Scotland's No1 for the upcoming World Cup qualifying triple-header should go into those matches with plenty of confidence after an outstanding display and clean sheet helped Hearts win 2-0 away to Dundee United.

RB - Leon Balogun (Rangers)
Stationed at right-back due to the many absences in the Ibrox squad, Balogun put in an excellent performance to ensure Steven Gerrard's men remained the current top dogs in Glasgow with a 1-0 victory over rivals Celtic.

DC - Harry Clarke (Ross County)
County went up to Aberdeen on Sunday as heavy underdogs but were ultimately unfortunate not to leave with all three points as it ended 1-1. Summer signing Clarke was imperious at the back.

DC - Daniel Higgins (East Fife)
The former Kilmarnock and Dundee defender replaced his namesake Chris Higgins just 18 minutes into East Fife's clash with Peterhead and his impressive display ensured the hosts didn't miss a beat in a 3-0 win.

DL - Josh Doig (Hibernian)
Martin Boyle saw serious consideration for this team due to his terrific goal and fine display in the win over Livingston, but we've given the nod to his younger team-mate. The left-back ignored all the speculation surrounding his future to put in an energetic shift, getting up and down the flank in Hibs' 2-0 win over the Lions.

MR - Roddy MacGregor (Inverness Caledonian Thistle)
Another excellent showing from the midfielder helped Billy Dodds’ men to three points in the cinch Championship - and what a three points it was! The Highland side went to fellow table-toppers Kilmarnock and left with a 1-0 win that puts daylight between the two at the top of the table.

MC - Grant Gillespie (Queen’s Park)
The experienced midfielder helped Queen's Park tremendously with his tenacity and composure on the ball as Laurie Ellis' men got themselves a big scalp in cinch League 1 by going to Falkirk and jumping above their hosts, and to the top of the pile, with a 1-0 win.

MC - Michael McKenna (Arbroath)
For the second weekend in succession the attacking midfielder bagged himself a double, this time helping Dick Campbell's men to down Dunfermline Athletic with an eye-catching 3-0 victory at East End Park.

ML - Danny Handling (Edinburgh City)
Latecomers to the battle of the 'cities' at Ainslie Park will have missed the height of the action as Handling struck twice in the opening seven minutes to help his side beat Elgin in Pilton. He should have had a hat-trick but missed a late chance to complete the treble.

FC - Tony Watt (Motherwell)
Watt was both the match-winner and star man as Motherwell made it successive victories to move up to fifth place in the cinch Premiership with a 1-0 home win over Dundee.

FC - Alfredo Agyeman (Kelty Hearts)
Watt may have been Motherwell's star man, but he isn't for this team. That honour goes to the Ghanaian-born Italian who not only netted twice in Kelty Hearts' comprehensive victory at Stenhousemuir, but also provided an assist for Jamie Barjonas in the 4-1 win.
