Team of the Week

Craig Fowler from A View From the Terrace names his Team of the Week, with Kilmarnock's Fraser Murray the star man...

GK - Brian Schwake (Edinburgh City)
Gary Naysmith's side were reduced to 10 men early in their crunch encounter with Stenhousemuir at Ochilview but managed to leave with a share of the spoils and their three-point lead in the cinch League 2 play-off hunt intact. Schwake deserves a lot of credit, with a strong performance from the Livingston loanee earning his side a clean sheet.

DEF - James Tavernier (Rangers)
The undoubted man of the match from Rangers' 3-0 victory over Dundee in the Scottish Cup quarter-finals. His charging runs up the wing were a driving force for his side, while he also netted from the penalty spot.

DEF - Craig Halkett (Heart of Midlothian)
Hearts made it to the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup with a 4-2 victory over St Mirren at Tynecastle. While a few impressed in maroon, we've gone for Halkett who was excellent at the back for the hosts.

DEF - Mark Reynolds (Cove Rangers)
Cove moved closer to the cinch League 1 title with a 4-1 victory over Clyde at the weekend as Reynolds kept up his impressive form since joining Paul Hartley's side.

MID - Fraser Murray (Kilmarnock)
The wide player and this week’s star man played a role in all three Kilmarnock goals as Derek McInnes' side raced into a 3-0 lead in just 16 minutes away to rivals Ayr United on Friday. The eventual 3-1 triumph pushed them to the top of the cinch Championship table, where they remained after Arbroath lost to Inverness CT on Saturday.

MID - Callum McGregor (Celtic)
Celtic were fairly comfortable winners on Monday as they booked a Scottish Cup semi-final against rivals Rangers with a 3-0 win at Dundee United. McGregor opened the scoring and made sure the visitors were on top for most of the evening.

MID - Jamie Barjonas (Kelty Hearts)
Kelty are edging ever closer to the cinch League 2 title after Saturday's 3-1 win over Albion Rovers pushed them 14 points clear with only seven games remaining for closest challengers Annan. Barjonas struck twice for Kevin Thomson's men at New Central Park.

MID - Danny Denholm (East Fife)
An excellent performance and goal from the veteran winger helped East Fife to a crucial win against fellow League 1 strugglers Dumbarton. The Fife are now only three points behind their opponents having once looked destined for relegation.

FWD - Tommy Goss (Annan Athletic)
Annan continued their fine form with a 2-1 win over Elgin City in cinch League 2 - Goss netted both goals in the match, including a late winner.

FWD - Elias Melkersen (Hibernian)
Hibs have a new hero in the form of the 19-year-old Norwegian who struck twice on his full debut to take them through to the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup with a 2-1 win over Motherwell at Fir Park.

FWD - David Moyo (Hamilton Accies)
Accies are six points clear of the relegation zone after Moyo twice cancelled out goals from bottom club Dunfermline Athletic to ensure a 2-2 draw at New Douglas Park.
